this just in...

Braves prized free agent pickup David Ross has just hit a two run homer against Roy Oswalt and the Houston Astros.
It's nice that David got this out of the way in Spring Training... now he doesn't have to worry about hitting his one homer a year in the regular season. Less pressure for sure.

Braves ownership is so pleased, they've informed Frank to trade Brian McCann to Oakland as the player to be named later in the earlier Joey Devine deal.

I didn't know that's where Ross ended up...

As a Reds fan, I'm sorry already for what you'll have to endure this season. Just don't expect Ross to EVER catch the ball if there is a play at the plate. You've been warned.

C'mon, he's a backup catcher. Who do ya want to back up Mac, Russell Martin?

And how did I get bumped off your stalker list?

I was kinda thinking about Clint Sammons. (well, actually, Saltalamaccia, but that's another story best left alone)

and I still see your icon on page 2 of my stalker list.
I disappeared off of everyones lists, and had to go and manually sign in and change the settings from anonymous to public on EVERY blog I follow when blogger changed the following format yesterday.

Pain in the ass.
